RDF Offers an Extensive Benefits Package

This summary outlines the medical, dental and vision benefits provided to all regular full-time employees of RDF Logistics. Eligibility for benefits is the first day of the month following 60 days from date of hire. Employees may select coverage for themselves and/or dependents, if applicable. If coverage is declined at the time of hire, employees may not be eligible for coverage until the next open enrollment period unless a qualifying event occurs. If a new dependent is added to the household as a result of a marriage, birth or adoption, the dependent may be added to the current coverage, provided the request is made within 30 days of the event. Open enrollment is held during the month of April with a May 1 effective date.

401k Retirement Plan

RDF offers all employees the ability to sign up for our 401K retirement plan. RDF will match the first 2% of an employee’s contribution/elective amount at 100% either for either pre-tax elective deferrals or Roth Elective deferrals.

In order to participate in this plan you must be a least age 21 and have completed 3 Months of Service. You will receive credit for one Month of Service for each month in which you complete one Hour of Service. An Hour of Service is any hour for which you are paid or are entitled to payment. If you are absent from employment with the Employer because of qualified military service, your military service will count as service for purposes of meeting the Plan’s eligibility requirements.

RDF Employees may contribute elective deferrals anywhere from 1-90% of their eligible earnings. Vesting in an employee’s elective deferral account occurs based on years of service with RDF Logistics, Inc.
